MANAGEMENT BUY OUT OF WALKER COTTER HUDYBA GROUP

Following the successful conclusion of negotiations the Directors of Walker Cotter Hudyba Group are pleased to announce that the Group has been acquired by four of the existing Directors in a Management Buy Out.

The new shareholding Management team consists of Alan Leary, Nick Morrish, Paul Myers and Simon Walker.

The group of companies, now called Tetra Group, shall continue to trade from its current locations in Birmingham and Southampton. The names of the trading companies also remain unchanged; Walker Cotter Limited, Walker Cotter (Southampton) Limited, Walker Cotter Safety Limited and AMPM (Asset Management Property Maintenance) Limited.

To ensure as smooth a transition as possible both John Walker and Martin Cotter are retained as Consultants whilst Bob Hudyba has been appointed Business Development Manager. All other key senior personnel are similarly retained throughout the Group.

The change of management occurs as Walker Cotter celebrates 30 years in business having been founded in April 1977.

The new Directors would like to assure our Clients and colleagues that previous standards of service provided by the Group will be rigorously maintained and that the change of management in no way affects on-going relationships and contracts.
